By listing your shop in our directory, you are agreeing to:
1. Provide public information about your shop in your listing in the form of text, links and/or images.
2. Place a Ferni & Friends reciprocal banner in a spot that is not overtly inconspicuous on your website. Listings without a reciprocal link will automatically be disregarded by default.
3. Receive updates about Ferni & Friends via email, including new item requests in the Trading Post and other shop owner incentives such as contests.
4. Shopowners who take advantage of our shop listing system by removing our reciprocal banner after their listing has been published will immediately be issued a $10.00 fine. (This new regulation is w.e.f. 9 August 2009) Don't say we didn't warn you!
Ferni & Friends is a trademark cooperation which serves to promote the community of online shoppers through free of charge shop listings and other services. Any replication, deviation of defamation of site content for profiteering and/or capitalistic use is a direct infringement of our copyright law and warrants a legal course of action to be taken against the respective offender.
